Services

The District operates the following types of services

Directly-operated Fixed-Route Service on 39 routes within Santa Cruz County.
Highway 17 Express Service - This seven day a week service is operated jointly with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), AMTRAK, CalTrans and the CCJPA. The service is operated by Santa Cruz METRO.
Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit Service - This service began in operation in FY 1992-93, and is operated by Santa Cruz METRO for persons who are unable to use fixed route service due to a disability..
Special Shuttle Service - The District on occasion operates special shuttle services for public events under contract with agencies.
Holiday Service - A listing of Holidays during which the District is closed or operates a reduced level of service.
